Letter of Sponsorship

Cordova Fury Fastpitch softball is a nationally-recognized program that competes in various local, regional, state, national and Junior Olympic fast pitch travelsoftball tournament competitions.  Our 12U team recently placed in the 2007 Fastpitch World Series in Park City, Utah and has qualified to compete for the 2008 National Championship, again to be held in Utah.

Our goal is to promote a shared commitment to academic excellence and athletic achievement.  An emphasis is placed on education, with stringent academic standards a requirement for participation in our program.  It is hoped that by exposing today's youth to these types of values there greatest successes will be accomplished both on and off the field of play.

Today's society offers many destructive distractions to youth, which falls amidst a pivotal time in their emotional and social development.  It is our belief that by promoting the importance and value of a strong work ethic, a profound lasting affect can be instilled upon each of our players that will last a lifetime.

The personal commitment of each Manager, Coach and Staff member is to prepare and support our players in becoming healthy and productive young adults, while preparing them for the rigors of high school competition and assisting them toward securing future collegiate academic/athletic scholarships.  Additionally, it is our hope this will prepare our players to become future community, business, and corporate leaders.

The cost for supporting such a team varies with its tournament successes; however, the average team expense is about $25,000 annually (insurance, equipment / supplies, facility fees, instructor fees, uniforms, tournament entry fees, travel and accommodations).  We are in need of financial contributions that can assist in supporting our team. We are looking for organizations that are interested in establishing a corporate partnership, team sponsorship, individual player scholarships or a generous donation.  All donations are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt from our non-profit organization.
